DFI Week 3 Reflection
Talofa lava, this is my DFI week 3 reflection. This is one of the things we've learnt on week 3 of our DFI sessions. It is something that I can teach and learn with my students in the classroom. Great aspects of Digital learning to explore and to share with my student. Thanks MANAIAKALANI TEAM for the great learning experience!

DFI Week 2 reflection
Talofa lava here is my second week's reflection from DFI. Sam Knox and I have learnt how to embed a video in a blog. Great learning for me also to share with my students. I takes a while for me to get familiar with the process, but managed to do it with the help of Jeremy and Sam. Thanks boys. I have also learnt how to set a google meeting on calendar. I tried it with my team meeting, and this will give more confidence in the process and how to organise it. I managed to share a maps on google and music on youtube on share screen with whole bubble. I was told that I shared my whole entire screen which I didn't aware of lol, it's all part of learning! THANKS MANAIAKALANI TEAM!!

WEEK 1 TERM 2 2021 blog
Kia ora and Talofa lava!
The DFI professional development has given me an opportunity to learn, explore and upgrade my ITC skills to be able to help our tamariki digitally. This will also allow them to learn how to link, integrate or apply these ICT skills in learning Literacy, Numeracy and all other curriculum areas. It was great to have worked in small digital groups or bubbles with individual coach. Jeremy has done a great job in assisting our group especially for myself personally. This allows me confidence to ask for more help and directions. I will learn with my tamariki how to use google doc to create posters of what they learn in class for display. And of course practice makes perfect, therefore, I'll spend more time exploring all these digital tools at home and in my spare time, as I have spent more time on music, and this will be a great help for me on creating recording aspects, music videos etc. GREAT DFI team at Manaiakalani, so comfortable working with you guys. I am also thankful for the classroom support you have provided every Wednesday with Maria. God bless you MANAIAKALANI TEAM!
